Yours will be slightly different but it is mostly the same just that you have a different computer with different hardware but the USB Root Hub entries are the same.Ĭheck every USB Root Hub entry listed. Here’s an image taken from my computer that shows where to look.
If the setting “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” is checked, uncheck it and click OK

Go to Device manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers > right click USB Root Hub entry > Properties > Power Management. To get to Device Manager in Win 10, press the Win key + the x key (both together) and then click on the Device Manager link that appears in the options box If there is no power then check the USB Root Hub Power Management setting in Device Manager.
